Moderated by Matt Moment:
Matt Moment is a photographer and writer based in Kingston, New York. He has written about art, theatre, and music for Hudson Valley Magazine — where he previously served as an editor — as well as Art Spiel, Times Union, and numerous newspapers in upstate New York. In 2023, Matt earned Untitled Art’s award for emerging art critics. Beyond his criticism and journalism, Matt works directly with artists and galleries to develop text for exhibitions of painting, photography, and sculpture. Most recently, he wrote the essay for Huê Thi Hoffmaster’s solo show, Your Presence/Presents, at Bucknell University.
